Machias Savings Bank offers a generous 401(k) matching program.

Profit Sharing

All employees are eligible for a cash “bonus” given in the first quarter. The bonus is a percentage of gross earnings determined according to the bank’s previous year’s performance. Bank must meet certain performance-based criteria.
